For those who think that Question 1 is merely an effort to protect voting integrity, consider the following: The language in Question 1 includes such words as eliminate, prohibit, ban, limit. The clincher is the final sentence, which should bring chills to those who want to protect voting rights: “and make other changes to our elections.”
