A number of institutions will offer free Thanksgiving meals on Thursday in Bangor and other locations in northern and eastern Maine.

Here are some local holiday suppers that are open to all, including at least one vegetarian option.

Bangor

Hammond St Congregational Church, 28 High St. Doors open at noon, meal served 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Mansion Church, 96 Center St., 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Dexter

Gatherings 4 Main Street, 4 Main St., noon to 1:30. This is a plant-based meal.

VFW Post 4298, 20 Cedar St., 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Dover-Foxcroft

Dover-Foxcroft Congregational Church, 824 W. Main St., noon

Ellsworth

The Conscious Café with Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry, 50 Church St., 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Hermon

The Lynde Lodge, 2500 Route 2, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Old Town

Christ Church of Faith, 2274 Bennoch Road, 2 p.m.

Searsport

Searsport Apostolic Church, 71 East Main St., 5 p.m.
