Eddington firefighters and Holden police were called to a vehicle fire on Scott Point Road in Clifton at 7:39 a.m. Saturday, according to the fire department.
When they arrived, crews found a vehicle fully engulfed in flames that were in danger of spreading to the house and propane tanks just five feet away.
Firefighters quickly knocked down the blaze, limiting damage to the exterior of the home, according to a statement. The vehicle was a total loss.
No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
