I do not believe that individuals whose driver’s licenses are removed, especially in instances of targeted police sting operations, should then be forced to jump through hoops in order to pay to obtain a state ID at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

When one cannot legally drive in this state, one’s ability to work, find residence, or even go to the grocery store in order to obtain sustenance is virtually nil. I think that ID should be issued at town offices, when applicable.
