The four finalists for the prestigious Fitzpatrick Trophy Award have been announced.
Among them is Thornton Academy standout Connor Ayoob, who led the Trojans to the Class A state championship last month, scoring 31 touchdowns and rushing for a school record 2,102 yards.
Westbrook linebacker Tony Bongomin played a crucial role in leading the Blue Blazes to their first Class B state title, with a notable pick-six in the state title game, 165 tackles and seven sacks.
Portland quarterback Cordell Jones helped the Bulldogs secure the Class A North championship, rushing for more than 1,400 yards and 29 touchdowns, while also throwing for 892 yards and five touchdowns.
Cony standout quarterback Parker Morin led the Rams into the Class B state finals, throwing for more than 2,700 yards and achieving a combined 44 touchdowns both on the ground and through the air.
The winner will be announced on Jan. 18 at the Holiday Inn by the Bay.
