One person was ejected Monday afternoon when an SUV rolled over several times in Buxton.

Maxwell Field, 20, of Swampscott, Massachusetts, was driving a 2021 Mercedes-Benz on Haines Meadow Road about 2:52 p.m. when the SUV went off the road and rolled over several times, according to the Buxton Police Department.

While the SUV was rolling, one occupant was ejected, Buxton police said Tuesday morning.

Field and his three passengers — Isabella Hamel, 18, of Nahant, Massachusetts; Creighton Decamp, 20, of Nahant, Massachusetts; and Jaden Odorczuk, 20, of Beverly, Massachusetts — were taken to Maine Medical Center in Portland, where they were treated for injuries not considered life-threatening.

The crash remains under investigation.
