EAST MILLINOCKET — Eastern Maine Community College’s Katahdin Higher Education Center is excited to announce a new leadership program, The Journey of an Evolving Leader, taking place this spring at the Katahdin Higher Education Center. This program will be held on Tuesday mornings, from 9 a.m. to noon from Feb. 24 tp May 26.
Designed for emerging leaders, this program explores four essential dimensions of leadership: Personal, Interpersonal, Managerial, and Organizational. It is structured into two series: Discovery and Practice, combining self-assessment, group discussion, and hands-on learning.
Participants will:
• Develop a personalized professional development plan
• Collaborate on a team project
• Have access to optional one-on-one coaching
Our expert instructor Terri Swanson will guide you through this engaging and transformative experience. This program blends self-assessment, interactive learning, and practical strategies to help you lead with impact.
