Two people have died following a serious crash that closed a section of Interstate 95 in Waterville.
The deaths were confirmed by a Maine State Trooper, News Center Maine reported around noon Tuesday.
More information about the deaths was not immediately available.
The southbound side of the highway near mile marker 130, was completely closed for a few hours, according to the Maine State Police. The left lane of I-95 southbound has been reopened; drivers should expect delays and avoid the area if possible.
