I believe that government can actually improve citizens’ standard of living, and be a safety net for the average citizen — if people like President Donald Trump and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. are not involved.

Prior to their reign of terror, measles were basically eradicated; now they have remerged, and flu cases have skyrocketed across the country. Health insurance costs are through the roof while Congress gave additional tax breaks to billionaires. Congress was not consulted before the invasion of Venezuela, but oil company executives were.

Thank god the mid terms are in November, if Trump doesn’t once again try to interfere with our free and fair election system. Sadly, it is at times tough to figure out what’s really going on with Trump at the helm.
