BIDDEFORD, Maine — An Ecuadorian immigrant in Biddeford captured the moment U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents showed up at his home.
Cristian Vaca said that ICE agents threatened him during a visit to his home on Wednesday.
A video he took from inside the house shows an ICE agent speaking to him through his closed front door.
The agent can be heard saying he and his colleagues would be returning for Vaca’s family.
The Department of Homeland Security says ICE is targeting 1,400 people in Maine with dozens already arrested.
According to CBS13, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has not responded to requests for a list of people detained and what their charges and arrests are.
