Two Bangor-area men have been indicted for child exploitation and sex trafficking, and police are seeking additional victims.
Agasha Carvalho, 45, of Bangor faces charges of producing child sexual abuse material; transportation of child sexual abuse material; possession of child sexual abuse material; and conspiracy to commit sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, according to the U.S. attorney’s office.
Donovan Miller, 38, of Milford, meanwhile, faces charges of conspiracy to commit sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and production of child sexual abuse material.
A federal grand jury indicted Carvalho and Miller on Nov. 12, 2025, the U.S. attorney’s office said Tuesday.
Both men have pleaded not guilty in U.S. District Court in Bangor.
The FBI is asking anyone who believes they may have been a victim of the alleged crimes to fill out this form. The information will be provided to the Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force, according to Bangor police.
