Two Mainers are suing Homeland Security after ICE agents allegedly threatened to label them “domestic terrorists.” The statement by the agent was captured by Colleen Fagen and shared widely on social media.

A police cadet is suing the academy after being fired for allegedly groping a classmate. David Peters alleges his 14th Amendment rights were violated, and that he suffered intentional infliction of emotional distress and defamation from the groping allegations.
