The Maine state basketball championships have arrived, and that means this weekend is full of 10 different matchups between North and South teams vying for a state title.

The championship contests kick off Friday night in Bangor with the Class B girls and boys title games.

The North champion Lawrence girls take on the South winners from Oceanside of Rockland at 6:05 p.m. Friday at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor.

Class B boys action will follow in Bangor with North champion Gardiner taking on Yarmouth from the South. That game is slated for 7:45 p.m. at the Cross Center.

The full schedule of Saturday’s championship matchups are below:

Class S girls: Wisdom vs. Bingham, 11:05 a.m., Augusta Civic Center

Class S boys: Easton vs. Valley, 12:45 p.m., Augusta Civic Center

Class D girls: Penobscot Valley vs. Mt. Abram, 2:35 p.m., Augusta Civic Center

Class D boys: Machias vs. Monmouth, 4:15 p.m., Augusta Civic Center

Class C girls: Mattanawcook Academy vs. Spruce Mountain, 7:05 p.m., Augusta Civic Center

Class C boys: Fort Kent vs. Maranacook, 8:45 p.m., Augusta Civic Center

Class A girls: Hampden Academy vs. Cheverus, 6:05 p.m., Cross Insurance Arena in Portland

Class A boys: Camden Hills vs. Portland, 7:45 p.m., Cross Insurance Arena in Portland
