So President Donald Trump is taking us to war. In Iran. To destroy nuclear capability he claimed  he obliterated last summer. But also for regime change. He says: “We may have casualties. That often happens in war.”

Here at home, the Supreme Court just ruled that all those tariffs we’ve been paying really were illegal all along. The refund checks are in the mail, I’m sure.

He’s still building that ballroom while he hollows out Social Security and Medicare. Somehow, while ordinary Americans struggle, Trump’s rich friends just keep getting richer.

A plan is circulating for Trump to seize control of elections. He says he’s not considering it. He also says, “Maybe we do one more term … Well, we’re entitled to it.”

The mid-terms are coming and the economy is not great. It keeps getting harder to convince people that it is — even if they can just buy liver instead of beef.

But the worst news for Trump continues to pour out of the Epstein files. He says he’s fully exonerated. He’s named more than 38,000 times in the redacted files. Reportedly nearly a million times in the un-redacted ones. Named in reference to numerous truly heinous FBI interviews, which have not been released, for some reason.

The only thing more extensive it seems than Trump’s presence in the files is the scope of his administration’s cover-up operation.

Sending American soldiers to war over the president’s desperate fear that his past is finally catching up with him sounds less like Operation Epic Fury and more like Operation Epstein Fallout.
