Deputies seized more than a pound of drugs Wednesday afternoon during a bust in Hermon.
Chad Langley, 33, of Hermon was charged with aggravated drug trafficking, drug trafficking and drug possession; Daquan Moore, 30, of Brooklyn, New York, was charged aggravated drug trafficking and drug trafficking; and Shelly Perry, 54, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear, according to the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies executed a search warrant about 1:30 p.m. at a Crogan Road home after a months-long drug trafficking investigation.
During a search of the home, deputies seized more than a pound of crack cocaine, fentanyl and methamphetamine.
“The Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office will continue to target traffickers, bringing dangerous drugs into our communities and taking advantage of those struggling with substance use disorder. Drug trafficking is not a victimless crime, people are dying because of these reckless and dangerous traffickers,” Sheriff Troy Morton said in a statement.
Langley, Moore and Perry remained at the Penobscot County Jail in Bangor on Thursday morning, according to the jail’s website.
