We talked to the developer behind a plan to put condos in the Bangor Mall. Michael Cole has been in talks with the mall’s owner for months to purchase and redevelop the languishing building.

Bangor is rushing to temporarily ban data centers. That comes in response to sudden pressure from the industry, according to city officials.

A developer wants to subdivide 25 acres in Winterport into house lots. The town will hold a public hearing April 16 on the proposed six-lot subdivision called Bernard’s Place.
