Two men face drug charges after an early Tuesday morning bust in Greenfield.
Caleb Tremblay, 36, of Patten and Milton Rennebu, 45, of Milford face unspecific charges for drug and traffic offenses, according to the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies observed the duo about 1:30 a.m.Tuesday approach a residence on French Settlement Road in Milford, where they were conducting an investigation. The pair came to an abrupt stop, and when deputies attempted to stop them, the vehicle turned around and headed toward Greenbush.
Tremblay and Rennebu continued through Milford and into Greenfield and eventually Greenbush, where they came to a stop.
During a search of the vehicle, deputies reportedly found drugs hidden behind the glovebox and placed them under arrest.
Tremblay remained at the Penobscot County Jail in Bangor on Thursday morning, according to the jail’s website.
