ConvenientMD Primary Care offers longer appointments for more patient-centered care
BANGOR — ConvenientMD Primary Care is pleased to welcome Anne Perkins-Gaspar, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner to its Bangor primary care location, expanding the practice to four providers. The addition of Perkins-Gasper creates greater access to timely primary care services for people in the region.

ConvenientMD Primary Care’s unique approach to practice offers easier access to appointments as well as longer appointments that last 30 to 60 minutes, allowing patients to receive personalized attention in a more relaxed setting. In addition, the primary care team supports patients by coordinating related needs such as specialist referrals, medication management, mental health services and others to support their overall health and wellness.
Perkins-Gaspar brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience to Bangor and strong ties to the local healthcare community. Prior to joining ConvenientMD Primary Care, she served in various nursing and advanced practice capacities at healthcare organizations in the communities of Blue Hill, Stonington, Castine and Bucksport, including ConvenientMD Urgent Care in Ellsworth. She earned a bachelor of science in nursing (registered nurse) and master of science in nursing (nurse practitioner) from Husson University.
Perkins-Gaspar cares for patients of all ages, supporting ConvenientMD Primary Care’s commitment to accessible, high-quality primary care for the entire family. She has a special interest in women’s health and enjoys providing comprehensive, compassionate care to older adults.
