U.S. District Judge Stacey D. Neumann on Tuesday handed down the sentence against 38-year-old Andrew Marin in U.S. District Court in Bangor, according to the U.S. attorney’s office.
Marin pleaded guilty to possessing fentanyl with the intent to distribute on Sept. 10, 2025.
Marin received fentanyl from suppliers in Massachusetts, which police found him in possession of in April 2024.
