Polls have closed across Maine, and results are starting to be reported to the Bangor Daily News and our election partner Decision Desk HQ.

In Maine’s Democratic primary for U.S. Senate, oyster farmer Graham Platner is the presumptive nominee, but he’s faced a string of recent controversies. Gov. Janet Mills suspended her campaign at the end of April, but she remains on the ballot, along with David Costello.
