I moved to Maine in 2006, and every year I go to Rockland City Hall and vote absentee. I complete my ballot and hand it back to the staff. I voted for U.S. Sen. Susan Collins again in the primary this year.
I do not always agree with Collins with some of her votes concerning national matters, but I believe Maine is blessed to have her as our senator because I think she does everything in her power to take care of us and give Maine what it needs to make our life better.
For those of you planning to vote for Graham Platner, think twice. I think he is a morally corrupt person and a dangerous person because, if he wins, I believe he will help lead Maine down the dangerous path to socialism and worse.
