Ten residential properties in Bangor changed hands in the first week of June, with the most expensive sale price totalling more than $677,000.
Eighty-eight Bangor homes sold in all of May, according to data from Redfin. That’s an improvement from May 2025, which saw only 71 homes in Bangor change hands.
We compiled a list of the 10 residential properties sold in Bangor from May 31 to June 6, 2026. The information comes from state transfer tax documents, which are available to the public online.
With an average purchase price of more than $236,000, the properties fall far below the median sale price of a home in Bangor, which Redfin placed at nearly $315,000 as of last month.

— Judy Harrison bought 27 Poplar St. from Judy Harrison for $0 for June 2.
— Wanda Jewell bought 112 Franklin St. Unit C5 from Patricia Tate for $309,000 on June 5.
— Courtney Latourette bought 1707 Union St. from Kelsey Davis for $219,900 on June 1.
