Eleven homes in Bangor changed hands during the week of June 14, the most expensive of which sold for $334,000.
The Bangor Daily News compiled information on the sales, which come from state transfer tax documents that are available to the public online.
With an average purchase price of $222,000 among transfers in which money changed hands, the homes are far more affordable than the average sale price of a Bangor home, which sat below $315,000 in May, according to Redfin.

— Gina DeJoy bought 229 Center St. from 3 M Investments LLC for $299,000 on June 16.
— Jennifer Hall bought 70 Sanford St. from Noah Hall for $1 on June 18.
— Jessica Chua bought 9 Cynthia Circle from Kevin Kelly for $200,000 on June 17.
— Chris Pepin Properties LLC bought 19 Highland Lane from Katherine Petley for $65,000 on June 17.
— Anthony Cote bought an unknown address on Essex Street from Patricia Mulia for $65,000 on June 16.
— Harland Newman bought 232 Grove St. from Christine Hille for $250,000 on June 15.
— The McCrum Irrevocable Trust bought 246 Howard St. from Beverly McCrum for $0 on June 18.
