Election 2026
Visit the BDN election page for our latest coverage of local, state and national races.
This Election Day, the Bangor Daily News, Portland Press Herald and the Maine Monitor are teaming up to investigate problems that arise as voters go to the polls.
We want to hear from you about anything unusual or concerning. For example, did you notice a candidate campaigning close to a polling site? Did someone ask for an ID before allowing you to vote? Did unexpected challenges, staffing shortages or technical issues affect your ability to cast a ballot?
You can tell us what you see here in the form below and a reporter from one of our three outlets will look into it. We won’t publish anything before we have independently confirmed the facts, so please include as much specific information as possible so we can easily follow up.
