LYNNFIELD, Mass. – Kerry B. MacKenzie and William H. Connors III were married by the Rev. James W. Anderson on Jan. 12, 2008. The ceremony was held at the First Congregational Church in Kennebunkport, Maine, with a reception held afterwards at the Kennebunkport Inn. Kerry is the daughter of Hugh and Barbara MacKenzie of Madison, Conn. and Bill is the son of William and Nola Connors of Otis, Maine. Kerry is a 1991 graduate of Daniel Hand High School in Madison, Conn., and a graduate of Bentley College with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics-finance. She is employed as a corporate manager of information systems at Partners Healthcare System in Salem. Prior to joining Partners, Kerry was a manager in Accenture’s Health Services Practice and served two years as a Peace Corps volunteer in Nicaragua. Bill is a 1990 graduate of Hampden Academy, a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology, and a graduate of Tufts University with a Doctorate of Philosophy in organic chemistry. He is employed as a chemist at Helicos BioSciences in Cambridge, and is taking courses toward a master’s degree in business administration at the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Management. The couple spent their honeymoon on the slopes in Banff and Lake Louise, Alberta, Canada, and currently reside in Lynnfield.
