LIVERMORE, Maine (AP)&nbsp- A 32-year-old Sumner man has been arrested on two counts of murder in the shooting deaths last month of two men in West Paris.

State police detectives arrested Duane Waterman on Monday afternoon while he was fishing at Brettuns Pond in Livermore. Spokesman Stephen McCausland of the Public Safety Department said Waterman will be held at the Oxford County Jail pending an initial court appearance, probably Tuesday or Wednesday.
