MILFORD and ATLANTA – Christopher Kurt William Doehring went home to be with his Lord and Savior Sept. 11, 2008. Christopher was born May 3, 1981, in Atlanta. Christopher lived life to its fullest and was an avid racecar fan. He was a very loving and caring young man, and everyone that knew him loved him dearly. Christopher loved his customized van! Christopher leaves behind and will be deeply missed by his mother, Viviane Llewellyn of Bailey Island; his father, Dietmar Doehring of Cummings, Ga.; and his sister and brother-in-law, Dannielle and Phil Bock of Lisbon Falls. Christopher touched the hearts of so many people like his extended family and friends, Ed and Candi Hackett, Kevin and Alice McKay, Dale, Matthew, Emillee and Kristen, all of Milford, Karen Pitts of Portland, Chuck and Kaylia Stitham of Bangor, Ella Storman and Courtney Stevens and Wendi Blackmore; his special caseworker, Pam Hutchinson of Bangor; his friends and staff at the Gathering Place; and friends and staff at Common Sense Housing. Calling hours will be held 2-3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17, with a celebration of life 3 p.m. at Birmingham Funeral Home, 438 Main St., Old Town.
