SOUTH PORTLAND – Adrian Kaye Putnam Boyle, 49, of South Portland, died Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2004, at her residence. Adrian was born in Houlton, the daughter of Otis and Lona “Taggett” Putnam, where she graduated with honors from Houlton High School in 1974. She graduated from the University of Maine, Orono in 1978. She most recently worked for Medical Care Development in Augusta, as a project officer after several years as Community Relations Coordinator for Maine Center for Integrated Rehabilitation in South Portland. She was predeceased by her mother, Lona Putnam. Survivors include her son, Jared and daughter, Lindsey, father Otis Putnam of Houlton; sister, Keaton Ells and family of Hampton, N.H.; brother, Christian Putnam of Houlton; and brother, Kimball Putnam and family of Windham, N.H. Visiting hours will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 2, 2004 and 9-11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 3, 2004, at the Hobbs Funeral Home, 230 Cottage Road, South Portland. A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. Friday at the First Congregational Church in South Portland. Visiting hours will also be held from noon-2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 4, 2004, at Bowers Funeral Home, 10 Water St., Houlton, with interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Houlton.
