CARIBOU – Alan J. Michaud, 37, died unexpectedly June 19, 2006, at a Bangor hospital. He was born Nov. 9, 1968, in Caribou, the son of Henry and Annie (Raymond) Michaud. He attended the Connor School and was a 1987 graduate of Caribou High School. Alan was employed as a press operator for J.M. Huber Wood Products in Easton for more than 17 years. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish, snowmobile and ride his fourwheeler. Surviving, in addition to his mother, Annie of Connor, are his fianc?e, Sheila Boyd and her family of Mars Hill; two brothers, Paul Michaud and his significant other, Geri Martin, and Douglas Michaud, all of Connor Twp; two sisters, Laurie Michaud of Connor Twp and Linda White of Grafton, W. Va.; one nephew, Jason Michaud; two nieces, Miranda and Mellissa White; his best friend, Bob Goodine; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Alan was predeceased by his father, Henry; a sister, Anna White; and two nephews, John White and Aaron Michaud. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, June 24, at the Chapel of Mockler Funeral Home with the Rev. John-Paul Labrie officiating. Interment will be in Old Holy Rosary Cemetery.
