ST. DAVID – Albert Boucher, 75, passed away Oct. 2, 2007, at a Fort Kent health care facility. He was born June 19, 1932, in Baker Brook, New Brunswick, the son of the late Pierre and Annie (Bonenfant) Boucher. After serving in the Korean War, he became a machine tender at Frasier Paper for 42 years. Albert is survived by his wife of 52 years, Omerine (Desjardins) Boucher of St. David; one son, Peter Boucher and his wife, Sandra, of Grand Isle; three grandchildren, Chelsea Raymond of Madawaska, Corey Boucher and Candida Boucher, both of Grand Isle; one brother, Maurice Boucher of Madawaska; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one daughter, Carol Boucher; one son, Steve Boucher; and three sisters, Anita Picard, Theresa Pelletier and Eva Duprey. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 5, at St. David Church. Friends and family may call at Daigle Funeral Home, 6-8 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday until time of service. Interment will be at St. David Cemetery.
