ALFREDA PELLETIER STACYVILLE and FORT KENT Alfreda Pelletier, 86, died April 23, 2004, at a Patten Healthcare Facility. She was born June 5, 1917, in New Canada Plantation, the daughter of Alfred and Emma (Theriault) Saucier. Alfreda was a well-known seamstress in Millinocket, and after working as a nurse’s aid for many years at the Millinocket Regional Hospital, she retired and moved to Fort Kent with her husband, Wilmer. She was a lifetime member of the Fort Kent Columbiettes and a past member of Little Flower Circle, Daughters of Isabella. Alfreda was a communicant of St. Joseph’s Mission in Sherman. She is survived by her three sons and their wives, Wilmen and Judy of Stacyville, Donald and Paula of West Seboeis, Darrell and Dorothy of West Gardiner; six grandchildren, Kim Robinson and her husband, Steve, of Benedicta, David Pelletier and his wife, Tammy, of Monmouth, Richard Pelletier and his wife, Barbara, of Stacyville, Mary Pocock and her husband, James, of Sherman, Laurie Pelletier of Clairmont, N.H., Troy Pelletier and his wife, Cheryl, of Topsham; 15 great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter; two sisters, Exellia Pelletier of Southington, Conn., and Mona Pinette of Soldier Pond; three brothers, Wilfred Saucier of Soldier Pond, Alberie and Norman Saucier of Southington, Conn.; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 63 years, Wilmer Pelletier; one sister, Patricia Saucier; two brothers, Wilmer and Richard Saucier. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. on Monday, April 26, at R.L. Bouchard Funeral Home, 11 Tamarack St., Millinocket. Friends may call from 9 a.m. until time of services at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 27, 2004, at St. Benedict’s Catholic Church at which time a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.
