EXETER – Funeral services for Althea S. Libby will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 4, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, with the Rev. Charles Hurst, pastor of Apostolic Lighthouse Church, officiating. Spring interment will be at Exeter Center Yard Cemetery.
