Sullivan_and JENSEN BEACH, Fla. – Arlo Gerald Pinkham died April 1, 2004, at the Veterans Hospital in West Palm Beach, Fla. He was born July 19, 1927, in Milbridge. He served in the U.S. Army in Korea. He owned and operated the Even Exchange and Mountainview Campground in Sullivan. He was involved with the Boy Scouts, Troop 90. He enjoyed watching old westerns and playing dominos. He is survived by his wife, Emy (Sutherland) Pinkham; a son, Michael and his wife, Lea, of Sullivan; a daughter, Jill Pinkham of Jensen Beach, Fla.; three grandsons, Michael of Destin, Fla., Matthew of Hancock, and Derek of Sullivan; brother Eugene Pinkham of Ellsworth; sister, Susie Fickett of Lakeland, Fla., Bessie Snyder of Gouldsboro, and Beverly Rauch of Milbridge; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Russell and Mary (Beal) Pinkham; and brothers, Edwin and James Pinkham. Services will be announced at a later date.
