BREWER and BANGOR – A memorial service for Arthur L. Franks, will be held 2 p.m. Friday, March 18, 2005, at Brookings-Smith, Clark-Piper Chapel, 55 South Main St., Brewer, with the Rev. Constance S. Chase Wells, pastor of First Congregational Church of Brewer, officiating. Friends may call from 1 p.m. until time of service. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments following the services to the Brookings-Smith Reception Rooms, Brewer. Spring Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Brewer.
