ROSENDALE, Wis. – Beulah O. Huff, 91, passed away Aug. 1, 2005, at Tower View Villa in Rosendale, Wis., after a long battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. She was born Aug. 31, 1913, in Greenville, the daughter of the late Leonard and Florence (Mitchell) Frost. Before moving to Wisconsin in 1989, she lived in Hartland and Fairfield. She was employed for many years at the HC Baxter Canning Company as a supervisor and as a cashier at the Hartland Variety Store. She was a member of Twilight Rebekah Lodge in Hartland where she held many offices and served as the district deputy president. She was awarded the Declaration of Chivalry for her services. She moved to Fairfield, and again joined the Rebekah Lodge there where she served as Chaplain and other offices. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Patriots Militant where she served as their Chaplain. She was a member of the United Church of Christ in Rosendale, Wis. She is survived by two sons, Dennis (Eunice) of Rosendale, Wis. and Dean (Thelma) of Mount Holly, N.J.; a daughter-in-law, Mary-Ann of Denver, Pa.; she is further survived by 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Norman; son, David; granddaughter, Denise; and her sister and brother-in-law. According to her wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2005, at Rosendale United Church of Christ in Rosendale, Wis., with the Rev. Laura Hawkins, presiding. Friends may call at the church noon Aug. 10 until the time of the service. Interment will take place in Pine Grove Cemetery, Hartland, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name may be made to Agnesian Hospice Hope, 239 Trowbridge Ave., Fond du Lac, Wis. 54935.
