HOULTON – Blanche E. Jameson, 87, died Jan. 24, 2004, at a local hospital. She was born July 13, 1917, at New Brunswick, the daughter of Thomas and Mary (Martin) Lloyd. Blanche was a member of the Full Gospel Assembly. She enjoyed the company of family and friends and going for rides. She is survived by two children, Linwood Jameson of Houlton, Merle Jameson and his wife, Mary of Ledyard, Conn.; a daughter-in-law, Carmella Jameson of Wallingford, Conn.; a half brother, Donald Lloyd of Danforth; a half sister, Glenis Lynds of Houlton; two sisters-in-law, Doris Lloyd of Houlton, Althea Lloyd of Smyrna; 18 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents; her stepmother, Lois Gilpatrick; her husband, Clarence Jameson, in 1978; her daughter, Jean Lee and her husband, Paul; a son, James Jameson; a grandson, Daniel Jameson; three brothers, Jim Lloyd, Clarence Lloyd and Elwood Lloyd; two sisters, Hazel Faulkner and Anna White. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Dunn Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Full Gospel Assembly, with the Rev. Kevin Hatch officiating.
