FRANKLIN, N.H. – Camille G. “Marty” Martin, 86, died Friday, Sept. 17, 2004. Born June 25, 1918, in Eagle Lake, he was the son of Francois and Edwidge (Raymond) Martin. Marty served with the U.S. Army during World War II. He is survived by two sons, Kim Martin of Connecticut, and William Martin of California; a daughter, Carol Martin of New Hampshire; two brothers, Paul Martin, and John Martin, both of Eagle Lake; two sisters, Loretta Smith of Hamlin, and Antoinette Martin of Van Buren; five grandchildren, a great-grandson, and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife of 41 years, Lila C. (Pelletier) Martin; and by four brothers, Fernando, Cecil, Michael, and Lucien Martin. A memorial mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 23, at St. Mary’s Church, in Eagle Lake. Following the reception, American Legion Memorial will take place at 3 p.m. Burial will be held in Connecticut on Saturday.
