MEDFORD – Cara Amelia Shahan, beloved infant daughter of Michael M. Shahan and Heather M. Hatch, died Sept. 18, 2005, at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. She is survived by her parents of Medford; her maternal grandparents, Steven and Jeannie Hatch of Medford; her paternal grandparents, Tom and Kathy Costain of Old Town, and Carl Shahan Sr. of Delaware; three uncles, Jeremy Hatch of Medford, Carl Shahan Jr. and his wife, Christy, of Stonington, Kyle Shahan of Delaware; an aunt, Rachael Costain of Old Town; a cousin, Christopher Allan Shahan of Stonington; eight great- grandparents; one great-great-grandmother; several great- aunts and uncles. A graveside service will be conducted 4 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 22, 2005, at Medford Center Cemetery, with the Revs. Keven Jacobs and Edward Costain officiating. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home.
