PALMYRA – Funeral services for Carl Palmer will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 117 Main St., Newport, with Pastor Al Worden officiating. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Palmyra.
