OLD TOWN – Carmen Joy Smith, 40, passed away Nov. 10, 2006, at her home. She was born Nov. 7, 1966, in Bangor, the daughter of Allan M. Smith and Elizabeth “Betty” E. Cunningham. Carmen is lovingly survived by her mother; brothers, Robert Steinke and Mark Smith; sisters, Mary Lou Webber, Debara LaBelle and Balenda Doucette; dear friends, Mary Maquire, Suzanne DeGrass and Joan Letourneau; and a large extended family.
