MAPLETON – Carolyn M. Bernier, 62, died unexpectedly Sunday, June 17, 2007, at Aroostook Medical Center, Presque Isle. She was born Aug. 25, in Presque Isle. She was co-owner of Bernier & Son Repair, Mapleton. She was a hard worker and was dedicated to her work and her family. Carolyn was a loving grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Alveri “Jr.”; her son, David Bernier and his wife, Angela; her two grandchildren, Ryan and Karlee Bernier, all of Mapleton; and a special cousin, Jim Chandler and his wife, Nancy, of Presque Isle. She will be greatly missed by her entire family. Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, June 21, at Johnson Cemetery, Caribou Road, Presque Isle with the Rev. James Ackerson officiating.
