BANGOR – A funeral service for Carroll H. Faulkner will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 16, at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 225 French St., Bangor. All baptized Christians are invited to take communion. The Rev. Marguerite Steadman will cele-brate the Holy Eucharist and Pastor Bob Carlson will give the eulogy. Burial with military honors will be at Highland Cem-etery, Route 2, Carmel. Carroll’s family invites all who wish to join them afterward at 1:30 p.m. at the church for a reception and light refreshments.
