HOWLAND, SALT SPRINGS, Fla. and HIXSON, Tenn. – A Mass of Christian Burial for Celina Doustou Hughes will be held 11 a.m. Monday, July 11, at St. Leo’s Catholic Church in Howland, with the Rev.
