FORT FAIRFIELD and COLCHESTER, Conn. – A graveside service for Charles E. Bubar will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, June 13, at Riverside Cemetery, Fort Fairfield, with Pastor Mark Babin officiating. Arrangements were made by the family with assistance from Giberson-Dorsey Funeral Home, 144 Main St., Fort Fairfield.
