SEMINIOLE, Fla. – Charles Robert DuBay, 86, passed away Dec. 7, 2007. He was born in Cam-bridge, Mass. He graduated from Northeastern University, after serving in World War II in the Navy. From 1950 to 1976, he owned Charles R. DuBay Co., in Maine, then moved to Seminole, Fla., in 1976. He was a real estate broker, freelance writer and genealogist, active in St. Johns Episcopal Church, Maine, Calvary Episcopal Church, Florida. Chuck was an avid golfer at Penobscot Country Club, Maine and Tides Golf Course, Florida. He was also a member of SAR, Anah Temple and Maine Historical Society. He was predeceased by his wife, Virginia Joan. He is survived by daughters, Karen Kitchen, Robin DuBay and JJ DuBay; also grandchildren, Megan and Quinn Kitchen, Tara and Nick Pressey.
