WEST GOULDSBORO and RIDGE MANOR, Fla. – A Graveside service for Charlotte N. Ross will be held 3 p.m., Saturday, May 21, at the Lakeview Cemetery in West Gouldsboro, officiated by Pastor Bruce Myers of the St. Andrews Lutheran Church. A small reception will be held immediately following at Fisherman’s Inn, Winter Harbor.
