PATTEN – Claude “Dave” Mulligan Sr., 58, died Feb. 3, 2006, at a local hospital. He was born Dec. 12, 1947, in Island Falls, the son of Claude and Marion (Williams) Mulligan. In addition to his mother of Patten, he is survived by one sister, Geri and her husband Leo McAvoy, of Benedicta; six children, Terry Barrows of Oakfield, Tonni Lacewell and her husband, William and their two children, Olivia and Chanon, of Killeen, Texas, Denel “Mulligan” Miller and her husband, William and their two children, Michael and Dezaray, of Livermore Falls, Cathy Guptill and her husband, Peter and their three children, Brittany, Colton and Hunter, of Sidney, Nicholas Mulligan of Minot and Claude Mulligan Jr. of Nebraska. He was predeceased by his father and one brother, Philip “Mickey” Mulligan. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Monday, at the Bowers Funeral Home, Island Falls, with Barrett Hunt, officiating. Following the service a time of fellowship will be held at the Rockabema Snow Sled Club, Patten. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness, P.O.
