SEDGWICK – Clayton Eugene Astbury, 66, passed away unexpectedly Aug. 15, 2007, at his home. He was born July 26, 1941, the son of James Astbury Sr. and Abbie (Gray) Astbury. He will now join his wife of more than 40 years, Juanita Marie (Gray) Astbury, who predeceased him March 12, 2005; three brothers, Jim, Roger and Thomas; and three sisters, Rose, Isabella and Gloria. Clayton and Juanita have four sons, Bruce, Berwyn, Bernie and Benjamin Astbury; and two grandchildren, Timothy Astbury and Carl Astbury. He is also survived by three brothers, Albert, Stephen and Virgil Astbury; and one sister, Alice. There will be a joint burial 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, at Camp Stream Cemetery, with a gathering after at Clayton and Juanita’s home, 803 Sedgwick Ridge Road, Sedgwick. Everyone is welcome.
