CARIBOU – Delores R. Espling, 58, went home to be with the Lord July 8, 2006, after a long illness. She was the daughter of Percy and Pauline (Hafford) Lord of Presque Isle. She was employed for several years at the Caribou Nursing Home. She was a member of the Caribou United Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Paul and his wife, Jennifer, of Columbia, S.C.; two precious grandsons, Ryan and Landen Espling; two sisters, Mrs. Clifford Jean Andreasen of Farmingdale and Mrs. Dale Phyllis Holmes of Caribou; and two brothers, Linwood Lord and his wife, Wendy, of New Sweden and Glen Wiley and his wife, Ruth, of Millinocket. A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, July 22, at the Caribou United Baptist Church. A coffee time will be held after in the fellowship hall. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may contribute to Hospice of Aroostook or to the American Heart or Diabetes Association. Arrangements by the Mockler Funeral Home, Caribou.
