CARIBOU and PERHAM Dennis E. Wilcox, 60, passed away May 7, 2008, in Caribou, after a short battle with cancer. He was born Nov. 7, 1947, in Caribou, the son of the Rev. Elden and Eldora (Green) Wilcox. Dennis was a graduate of the Caribou high school and was employed at Northeast Packing Co., Presque Isle, for many years. He was a member of North Star Pentecostal Church, Perham. Surviving, in addition to his father, the Rev. Elden Wilcox of Caribou, are his fiancee, Robin Tarbox of Perham; one son, Brian Pelletier of Caribou and his partner, Emily Townsend; one brother, George Wilcox of Caribou; one sister, Vicki Yerka of Caribou; three grandchildren, Mia, Alton and Nicholas Pelletier, all of Caribou; one stepson, Elton Pelletier of Connecticut; and one stepdaughter, Crystal Tarbox of Perham. Dennis was predeceased by his mother, Eldora Wilcox, Jan. 30, 2006. Friends may call noon-2 p.m. Monday, May 12, at Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou, where funeral services will begin 2 p.m. with the Rev. Bruce Blakney officiating.
